This project is something I've been working on for over a year now. A lot of these songs talk about anxiety and just things that have gone through my mind, but writing these songs is also how I've been able to deal with and continue to move past these feelings. With that being said, the record starts and ends on a positive note. I hope that these songs can help or bring you any sort of enjoyment.
